Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 working hours of successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during peak sale periods may require additional processing time.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery timelines are:

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address.
  • If any product becomes unavailable after order placement, we will notify you within 1–5 business days and offer an alternative product or a full refund.

Return to Origin (RTO) & Address Issues

A shipment may be returned to our warehouse (RTO – Return to Origin) in the following situations:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier partner

In such cases:

  • Raaghas Clothing will bear the return shipping cost back to our warehouse.
  • Customers wishing to have the order re-shipped must pay the applicable re-shipping charges.
  • If we are unable to reach you by phone, we will contact you via email to obtain updated delivery details.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

In the rare event that a shipment is lost or significantly delayed by the courier partner, we will initiate an investigation and provide a replacement or refund based on the outcome of the investigation.

International Shipping & Payment Terms

  • We currently ship only within India.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
  • All orders must be prepaid at checkout.

Important Information

  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been shipped.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen courier-related issues.
  • We appreciate your patience and understanding while we coordinate with our courier partners.
