Order Processing
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 working hours of successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during peak sale periods may require additional processing time.

Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address.
- If any product becomes unavailable after order placement, we will notify you within 1–5 business days and offer an alternative product or a full refund.
Return to Origin (RTO) & Address Issues
A shipment may be returned to our warehouse (RTO – Return to Origin) in the following situations:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Incorrect phone number
- Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
- Multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier partner
In such cases:
- Raaghas Clothing will bear the return shipping cost back to our warehouse.
- Customers wishing to have the order re-shipped must pay the applicable re-shipping charges.
- If we are unable to reach you by phone, we will contact you via email to obtain updated delivery details.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
In the rare event that a shipment is lost or significantly delayed by the courier partner, we will initiate an investigation and provide a replacement or refund based on the outcome of the investigation.
International Shipping & Payment Terms
- We currently ship only within India.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- All orders must be prepaid at checkout.
Important Information
- Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been shipped.
- Delivery delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen courier-related issues.
- We appreciate your patience and understanding while we coordinate with our courier partners.
